SUPER Hot Cacao MIX
This is my morning drink mix I use for myself, I brew some herbs in a tea and blend the hot water with about 1.5 to 2 tbs (per drink) of this mix along with maybe a tbs coconut butter, a couple dates and usually some ginger and a small amount of sprouted rice protein. If you blend the hot liquid well with the coconut butter you get coconut milk. You can totally do this any other way such as a container of already made plant milk. and whatever sweetener you prefer or none! However I feel as though the use of a blender is important. Also if you have any specific adaptogen or superfoods you would like added that I have, add it in the box! This mixture fluctuates some of the adaptogens that I like to cycle, so some of the listed ones may not be in it!
Cacao * Moringa * Mesquite * Ceylon Cinnamon * Eleuthero Root * Astragulus * Reishi * Ashwaganda * Mucuna * Triphala * Maca * Dandelion Root * Shatavari
